PUA


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup maida
  • 1 cup semolina(rava)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Little dry fruits
METHOD
  • In a bowl put maida, semolina(rava) and sugar and mix it with milk or with water and make a mixture of it.
  • Put dry fruits in the mixture and mix it well. The solution should not be much thick nor thin it should be medium.
  • In a kadai put oil and let it become hot than put the mixture in that shaped round.
  • Wait till it becomes little brown in color.
  • When it becomes brown remove it and serve hot hot. 

LITTI CHOKHA



INGREDIENTS  TO MAKE  LITTI
  • Sattu(Roasted chana flour)
  • Green Chillis
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Mango Pickle
  • Salt
  • Carom Seeds(Ajwain)
Method
  • Put sattu in a bowl.
  • Cut green chilli, garlic and onion into small pieces and put it in the bowl.
  • Mix it with sattu  and add little carom seeds to it and put salt(how much required).
  • Mix everything well.
  • Make dough and make small balls of it.
  • Take one ball of it make a hole in the middle and fill it with sattu mixture than close it.
  • Take a kadai put oil and let it boil.
  • Now put the balls in the oil and do deep fry.
  • After it is ready remove it out and serve hot hot. 
 INGREDIENTS TO MAKE CORIENDER CHUTNEY
  • Coriender leaves
  • Garlic 
  • Salt
  • Green chilli
  • Coconut
METHOD TO MAKE CORIENDER CHUTNEY
  • First take the coriender leaves wash it well.
  • Than in the pot put the coriender leaves add chopped garlic and green chilli to it and than put salt(how much required).
  • Than take the coconut and crush it and put it in the pot.
  • Grind it till it becomes a paste(chutney).
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE CHOKHA CHUTNEY
  • Brinjal
  • Potato
  • Chilli
  • Mustard Oil
  • Salt
  • Garlic
METHOD TO MAKE CHUTNEY
  • Boil potato in the vessel.
  • Boil the brinjal in the vessel.
  • After boiling crush the potato and brinjal into pieces and mix it well and make a paste.
  • Cut chilli and garlic into small pieces and add it in the paste.
  • Add salt and mustard oil on top(how much required) and mix it well.
  • Mix everything well and the paste is ready(chutney).

Introduction
Welcome to my food blog “Authentic Bihari Cuisine”. My name is Sweety Prasad. Well I started this blog because I love to cook different types of food it’s my passion. I like to play with different flavours of food. Especially from Bihar because I am from Bihar and my main aim is I want people to know about the food from Bihar and like how they love their food. I want that they should show love towards Bihari food and try them as well. I started to cook food from when I was 16 years of age I use to watch my grandma cooking so delicious food so even I started showing interest in cooking by helping her first in small work like chopping and all. Then even I cooked food which was tasty but not as tasty as my grandma. First I started cooking light food than the heavy ones and then I learned the foods which I loved. This blog will include the food which is famous in Bihar and people prefer to eat this food at most times. So hope you all will like my food and people will try Bihari food and give it love as well like how they give for Italian food and all.

SATTU KA SHARBAT


  
Ingredients 
  • Sattu
  • Water
  • Onion
  • Green Chillis
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Cumin Powder


Method

  • To make sattu first take the roasted chana and grind the roasted chana in a mixer(like powder).
  • Take a glass of water add 2 medium spoon of sattu(roasted chana powder) in it.
  • Chop onion into small pieces and put it in the glass(how much required). 
  • Than cut one green chilli into small pieces and put it (if want).
  • Add lemonjuice and salt in it.
  • If you want add cumin powder in it and than mix it well with a spoon 
  • At last put coriander leaves in it to garnish it and have it.
