LITTI CHOKHA



INGREDIENTS  TO MAKE  LITTI
  • Sattu(Roasted chana flour)
  • Green Chillis
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Mango Pickle
  • Salt
  • Carom Seeds(Ajwain)
Method
  • Put sattu in a bowl.
  • Cut green chilli, garlic and onion into small pieces and put it in the bowl.
  • Mix it with sattu  and add little carom seeds to it and put salt(how much required).
  • Mix everything well.
  • Make dough and make small balls of it.
  • Take one ball of it make a hole in the middle and fill it with sattu mixture than close it.
  • Take a kadai put oil and let it boil.
  • Now put the balls in the oil and do deep fry.
  • After it is ready remove it out and serve hot hot. 
 INGREDIENTS TO MAKE CORIENDER CHUTNEY
  • Coriender leaves
  • Garlic 
  • Salt
  • Green chilli
  • Coconut
METHOD TO MAKE CORIENDER CHUTNEY
  • First take the coriender leaves wash it well.
  • Than in the pot put the coriender leaves add chopped garlic and green chilli to it and than put salt(how much required).
  • Than take the coconut and crush it and put it in the pot.
  • Grind it till it becomes a paste(chutney).
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE CHOKHA CHUTNEY
  • Brinjal
  • Potato
  • Chilli
  • Mustard Oil
  • Salt
  • Garlic
METHOD TO MAKE CHUTNEY
  • Boil potato in the vessel.
  • Boil the brinjal in the vessel.
  • After boiling crush the potato and brinjal into pieces and mix it well and make a paste.
  • Cut chilli and garlic into small pieces and add it in the paste.
  • Add salt and mustard oil on top(how much required) and mix it well.
  • Mix everything well and the paste is ready(chutney).
